Loved, but not for what feels most true.

The moment I experienced myself as enough.

Do you know this feeling?

After 19 years — no news, no contact — someone from my past reappeared. We reconnected as if no time had passed. And somehow, in that space, I came home to myself. No performing. No adjusting. Just… being safe to be me.

What struck me most was how rare that felt. When was the last time you felt that? Fully you. Not the version of you that adapts. Not the version that performs.

YOU full stop.

We all want to be loved for who we are. And yet, most of us learned early that only certain parts are welcome.

So we adjust. We edit. We shrink or expand depending on the room. We become who we need to be just to belong. Too much in one space. Not enough in another.

Loved, but not for what feels most true.

As n’betweeners®, we became experts at this. Reading the room. Shaping ourselves to fit. And slowly, quietly— we lose the thread back to ourselves. That reunion stayed with me.

I experienced myself as enough in the world.

That’s what we’ve been longing for all along. RISE is the container n’betweeners® have been longing for.

A safe container is one where judgment has no place. Where worth doesn't need to be earned. Where complexity is welcomed, not managed. Where consistency replaces unpredictability — and the body, finally, can exhale.

Belonging is the opposite of fitting in.

RISE is a space where you don’t have to edit yourself.

Where nothing in you is too much — or not enough.

Where you can finally feel what it’s like to be fully met—and experience yourself as enough.

Everything you’ve been carrying— the n’between, the too-much, the not-enough—

There is space for it here.

Join us at RISE.

Tickets are closing soon — grab yours here before they're gone.

Hugs

Nora
